Q: How much do you charge?

Q: Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees?

A: The price quoted is all-inclusive of taxes and services. The only thing that might apply on top of the price, that's the congestion/ parking fee. However, if you provide a free parking slot, you won't pay anything in addition.

Q: What do you do, exactly?

Q: When can your cleaners come?

A: We have flat cleaning teams working throughout London, and we can usually provide you with a cleaner the same day if you call in the morning. However, we do recommend you book in advance.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: We are very flexible. On weekdays we start at 8-8,30am and the latest cleaning we can do is generally around 5-6pm. On weekends our start time is 9am. You can always schedule a cleaning appointment slightly earlier or later, book early and we will make an appointment that suits you best.

Q: What about all the chemicals?

A: Cleaning chemicals exist for a reason and we use them appropriately. This means using organic, environment and household friendly cleaning solutions like baking soda, lemon juice and pine extracts wherever and whenever possible. While we can't claim to have zero impact on the environment, we do everything we can to make it as positive an impact as possible.
